Provide front-line administrative and customer service support to the spare parts department, ensuring fast, accurate, and customer-focused processing of orders received through SOL and FOL.
Actively manage shared email inboxes, respond promptly to customer and supplier inquiries, and ensure all communications are clear, professional, and solution-oriented.
Assist in document management, order follow-up, and coordination between the technical and purchasing teams to deliver outstanding service.
Customer Service and Communication
Monitor shared department email inboxes and respond promptly to all customer and supplier inquiries.
Provide customers with accurate information on order status, availability, and delivery times.
Escalate urgent issues to the relevant team while keeping the customer informed.
Maintain professional, service-focused communication at all times.
Administrative Order Management
Register and track SOL and FOL orders.
Prepare and update order-related documentation.
Assist in material coding to ensure correct identification for customers.
Maintain accurate customer, supplier, and reference data in ERP/CRM systems.
Support for Purchasing and E-commerce
Assist in processing purchase orders to suppliers.
Track international shipments and provide customers with timely updates.
Help maintain up-to-date product listings on e-commerce platforms.
