Mission

Overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes that contribute to the company's strategy, and promoting business and human values through job design, recruitment, and various administrative tasks to increase efficiency, effectiveness, competitiveness, and profitability optimization.

Main responsibilities

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy Supporting current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital Developing overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures and monitoring them within the organization Maintaining working relationships by listening to requests, complaints, needs, and other issues and seeking solutions Manage the recruitment process Execute and/or support compensation. Check for deficiencies and errors Report to the Executive Board Ensure compliance with labor laws Track personnel data (compensation, leave, etc.). Maintaining proper contact with other functions or agencies.
