Mission

A university degree in Business Administration and/or International Commerce, complemented by a Master’s in Financial Management or an MBA.
At least 10 years of experience in financial, accounting, HR, legal, or administrative management roles within companies with an international coordination scope.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
High-level proficiency in English is essential. Spanish would be an advantage.

Main responsibilities

Reporting to the General Management of MP France and functionally to the Group's Financial and Human Resources Directors, your mission will be to lead and coordinate the Economic-Financial and HR divisions, as well as Administrative, Tax, and Accounting control, ensuring compliance with legal, operational, and functional requirements aligned with the company’s strategy and the MP Group's management model.

Your Responsibilities: You will oversee a team of 8 professionals in the Economic-Financial division and 2 in the Human Resources division. Your main duties include:

Developing the strategic plan for MP France's financial, administrative, accounting, and human resources divisions in alignment with the group's financial and HR direction.
Preparing the country’s budgets in coordination with management.
Defining processes related to financial accounting, audits, and annual accounts for MP France.
Ensuring the delivery of economic and financial information based on the group’s management model.
Monitoring economic and financial standards and indicators (EBITDA, Cash Flow, Billing, Collections, etc.) within defined deadlines and quality standards set by General Management.
Managing financing policies and relationships with various financial entities.
Defining and coordinating policies for commercial credit management with clients, suppliers, and insurers.
Aligning HR policies and procedures in France with MP’s global HR strategy, implementing the company’s global initiatives while incorporating a local perspective for effectiveness.
Managing the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.
Supporting managers with HR-related matters and providing guidance.
Enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
