Sales Representative – Distribution Channel (Central Europe: CZ, SK, PL) H/M

Mission

Native-level Czech or Polish, with a strong command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of Slovak is an advantage.
A degree or diploma in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a commercial, sales support or customer service role; experience in industrial, technical or B2B distribution environments is a plus, but not essential.
A proactive, organised and results-driven approach, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work comfortably across cultures.
Willingness to travel within the CZ/SK/PL region.

Main responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for distributors in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland, building strong and lasting relationships.
Manage day-to-day commercial requests: quotations, order follow-up, product information and pricing.
Identify and approach new potential distribution partners across the three markets.
Coordinate closely with the production, logistics and technical teams in Seville to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing in the Central European elevator sector.
Support the preparation of commercial proposals, catalogues and marketing materials adapted to local markets.
Travel periodically across the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland to visit partners and attend trade events.
