The Operations Director is responsible for the overall operational performance of the Service and Modernization business lines and supports the commercial development of the maintenance portfolio through repair sales, modernization opportunities, and tender participation.

The role ensures high service quality, strong technician productivity, sustainable growth of repair and modernization sales, and strong customer retention.

The Operations Director also oversees the tender process and supports the sales organization in securing new contracts and expanding the installed base.

The role assumes operational responsibilities typically associated with the Service Manager and coordinates closely with the sales function.

The Operations Director leads service operations, modernization projects, and supports sales growth. The role ensures efficient maintenance and repairs, delivers projects on time and within budget, and drives repair and contract sales.

They also oversee tender processes, improve service quality and equipment reliability, optimize team productivity, and maintain strong customer relationships.
