As the face of MP Lifts in Central Europe, your mission will be twofold:
Portfolio Management: Provide expert-level care and strategic advice to our established Distributors base in the region.
Market Expansion: Proactively identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with new Distributors to increase our market share.
Strategic Autonomy: Manage your own schedule, travel, and sales strategy with the independence that a senior role requires.
We are looking for a candidate who combines technical industry knowledge with a sophisticated commercial approach:
Industry Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically within the lift and elevator industry is essential.
Sales Pedigree: A proven track record in business development and B2B sales.
Education: A high school or university degree.
Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level). While not mandatory, the ability to communicate in Polish is highly preferable and will be a significant advantage in this market.
Mobility: A valid driver’s licence and the flexibility to undertake frequent international travel.
