The Product Manager – Services & Spare Parts is responsible for the global product and services portfolio offered by MP Servicenter and plays a key role in driving commercial growth across international markets.

This role combines strategic product ownership with strong commercial responsibility. The Product Manager ensures that the Servicenter offering meets customer needs, supports sales growth and contributes to long-term profitability. In close collaboration with regional Sales Managers, the Product Manager actively engages with customers to understand their challenges, translate market needs into product and service improvements, and successfully position the Servicenter portfolio.

The role is highly international and customer-facing, with a strong focus on growth, value creation and portfolio development

Product & Portfolio Ownership
·        Own and manage the global portfolio of spare parts, services and value-added offerings within MP Servicenter
·        Define and maintain a clear product and services strategy aligned with business objectives
·        Continuously evaluate portfolio performance and lifecycle (introduction, growth, optimisation, phase-out)
·        Ensure a clear and consistent value proposition for each product and service offering

Commercial Responsibility & Growth
·        Take commercial responsibility for the Servicenter product portfolio, with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability
·        Work closely with regional Sales Managers to support commercial success at key customers
·        Actively contribute to pricing strategies, commercial positioning and go-to-market approaches
·        Identify growth opportunities within existing customers and new markets

Customer & Market Engagement
·        Visit customers together with regional Sales Managers to understand customer needs, challenges and opportunities
·        Translate customer insights into concrete improvements or extensions of the Servicenter offering
·        Act as a trusted partner for customers by providing product expertise and solution-oriented thinking
·        Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and customer expectations
