Misión del puesto

Reporting to the Country Manager of MP Lifts Czech Republic and, functionally, to the Group Finance Department, the mission of the role is to build, lead and coordinate the Economic and Financial Division, as well as Administrative, Tax, and Accounting Control, ensuring compliance with legal, functional, and operational requirements, in alignment with the company’s strategy and the MP Group management model. He/ She will also He/She will coordinate by supporting the Country Director in all areas of Talent Management.

Responsabilidades principales

· Lead the transition of accounting activities from external provider to in-house structure.

· Establish internal accounting procedures in compliance with Czech regulations and Group standards.

· Develop the strategic plan for the financial, administrative, and accounting division of MP Czech Republic.

· Prepare the country’s annual budget in coordination with Country Manager.

· Define and implement processes related to financial accounting, audits, and annual accounts.

· Ensure accurate economic and financial reporting in accordance with the established management model.

· Monitor key financial indicators (EBITDA, Cash Flow, Revenue, Collections, etc.).

· Manage financing policies and relationships with financial institutions.

· Coordinate commercial credit management policies.

· Address legal matters in coordination with the central legal department and external advisors.

· Promote innovation within the Finance function.

· Coordinate and support the Country Director in all areas of Talent Management.
