Gather customers’ needs and requests, provide active solutions and improve customer satisfaction. Record and fill in Service Report, keep the report completely as Company required Provide accurate worked hours and call back report timely according to relevant standards. Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor. Comply with all applicable safety rules and work instructions during work, promptly report all accidents, safety incidents and unsafe conditions. Collect and disposal of hazardous waste according the related legal and company requirements. To research no closed incidences in order to find out the root of the problem and provide a definitive solution. To train customers and employees in MP product.
