Plan, coordinate and supervise all activities carried out in the UN, both technical, commercial and support, ensuring that they are in line with established guidelines and business objectives. Identify staffing needs in terms of team sizing and training, ensuring that the staff is available and trained to provide an efficient service to customers. Supervise the implementation of the work systems and procedures necessary to ensure that the Business Unit carries out its activities efficiently and in line with MP's way of working. Identify and evaluate environmental aspects and indicators, as well as define their control and monitoring methodology.
