3. Infraestructura y Conectividad de Red
Cableado Estructurado: Conectorización (crimpar cables RJ45), saneamiento de racks y etiquetado de puntos de red.
Monitorización de Red: Apoyo en la comprobación de conectividad (test de velocidad, ping, trazado de rutas) para asegurar que la oficina vuele.
Gestión de Accesos: Colaboración en la gestión de usuarios en Directorio Activo (altas, bajas y permisos).
4. Atención y Experiencia de Usuario
Asistencia Remota y Presencial: Resolución de dudas directas de los compañeros de otros departamentos.
Elaboración de Guías: Crear manuales sencillos ("How-to") para que los usuarios aprendan a usar mejor sus herramientas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
