Le profil recherché - Issu(e) d'une formation technique, vous avez déjà une première expérience en tant que technicien(ne) dans le montage, et dans le secteur ascensoriste - Vous êtes à l'aise dans l'utilisation des outils électroniques et digitaux - Professionnel engagé, la sécurité est votre priorité - Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation et votre esprit d'équipe - Vous savez travailler seul(e) comme en équipe - Vous êtes titulaire du permis B.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes : 1/ Gestion de la relation client - Gérer l'environnement d'installation des équipements durant les opérations - Gérer la communication sur site avec les clients - S'assurer que les installations sont réalisées dans les délais impartis, selon les méthodes de montage recommandées et les exigences de sécurité et de qualité - Informer le superviseur de l'avancement des projets - Signaler tout élément manquant et commander les pièces nécessaires - Veiller au maintien en sécurité et en bon état des équipements d'installation - Veiller à ce que les équipements livrés soient correctement manipulés et stockés sur les sites d'intervention - Communiquer avec les entrepreneurs pour éviter toute interruption des travaux - Prendre connaissance des dernières instructions de montage et communications terrain - Sécuriser les chantiers d'installation, y compris les espaces d'entreposage. 2/ Prestations - Procéder aux installations selon les instructions fournies, dans les délais impartis - Réceptionner, contrôler et stocker les matériaux

En tant que Technicien Ascenseurs - Maintenance, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la garantie du bon fonctionnement de nos installations. Vos responsabilités incluront, sans s'y limiter : - Effectuer la maintenance préventive et corrective des ascenseurs conformément aux normes et aux échéanciers établis. - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les pannes, en effectuant des réparations efficaces et en remplaçant les pièces défectueuses. - Assurer le suivi des interventions et tenir des registres précis des travaux effectués. - Collaborer avec l'équipe de planification pour optimiser les calendriers d'entretien. - Fournir un service client exceptionnel en répondant aux demandes de réparation dans les délais impartis.
