Rattaché(e) à la Responsable du service Distribution, vous aurez pour mission : 1 – Tâches principales -Accueil téléphonique et prise en compte des incidents de toute nature -Assister techniquement les clients et assurer le suivi jusqu’à la résolution de l’incident (par téléphone, par e-mail ou bien sur chantiers directement sur le territoire national et/ou à l’international) - Faire des mises en service - Faire des formations techniques - Faire le suivi des retours marchandises - Assurer le rôle d’interface technique entre le client et l’usine (après diagnostic des dysfonctionnements si la résolution des incidents n’est pas simple) 2 – Tâches secondaires - Participer avec le service qualité et service après-vente du siège, à la mise en place de solutions pertinentes afin de répondre aux problèmes des clients -Aider sur la recherche de pièces détachées pour l’établissement de devis -Assister sur des visites commerciales si besoin d’informations techniques Dans le cadre de votre poste, des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir en France et à l’étranger.
