Reporting to the Country Manager of MP Lifts Czech Republic and, functionally, to the Group Finance Department, the mission of the role is to build, lead and coordinate the Economic and Financial Division, as well as Administrative, Tax, and Accounting Control, ensuring compliance with legal, functional, and operational requirements, in alignment with the company’s strategy and the MP Group management model. A degree or diploma in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a commercial, sales support or customer service role; experience in industrial, technical or B2B distribution environments is a plus, but not essential.
A proactive, organised and results-driven approach, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work comfortably across cultures.
Willingness to travel within the CZ/SK/PL region.&lt;br /&gt;
